⚡️ Payout didn't arrive

Here is what to check if a payout hasn't reached your wallet or the exchange can't see it.

When to expect a payout

Payouts are sent from 13:10 to 17:00 Moscow time (UTC+3). We send them with medium or high priority, so once sent, a payout usually arrives within 1–2 blocks — about 20 minutes.

Check three things

1. Balance — has it reached the minimum payout?
2. Wallet — is an address added on the Payments tab?
3. Freeze — did you add a new wallet or change the address in the last 24 hours?

Where to find the TxID

The TxID is the transaction ID. You need it if an exchange can't see the deposit.

On the web — on the Payments tab, as a link under the payout amount.

In the app — open the payout, the TxID is inside.

Copy the TxID and send it to the exchange support.

Payout statuses

A payout has three statuses: Successful, In progress and Canceled. If the payout window is over and the payout is still In progress or Canceled, contact support.

If everything looks right but there is still no payout, write to our support chat — we'll sort it out quickly.
