We care about your security and offer reliable tools to protect your account. One of the key elements is two-factor authentication (2FA).
Enable 2FA and add an extra layer of security in Settings, under the “2FA” tab. You can use any authenticator, such as Google Authenticator.
For convenience and additional security, we also provide backup codes. These codes are needed to restore access if your device for 2FA is lost or unavailable. Each backup code can be used once, and we recommend keeping them in a safe place.
Once every 30 days, the system will log you out and ask you to log in again. This is normal and is also due to the security of your account, to prevent unauthorized access and update your session.
What should I do if I fail authentication?
1. Restart the pool application and the authenticator application.
2. Make sure that the time synchronization setting is enabled in the authenticator application.
3. Try repeating the steps on another device. If it is a PC, clear your browser's cache and cookies in advance.
4. Try deleting the app and authenticating through your phone's browser.
