The normal daily rejection rate is between 1% and 3%.
It is almost impossible to achieve a zero rejection rate for all accepted shares, as there is a delay between the device and the pool server. In most cases, the reason for an increase in the reject is the internet and network connection.
Rejectrate refers to rejected decisions that ASICs sent to the pool. Most often, they are rejected because the decision came too late and the pool moved on to a new task.
Recommendations
If the rejection rate exceeds the daily norm (up to 3%), we recommend:
1. Checking the stability of your Internet connection, restarting your router, and replacing any cables that are worn out.
2. Check the software on the device for updates — to work correctly with us, you need to keep the firmware up to date.
A high rejection rate requires attention from the miner and an immediate network check — rejections are undesirable for both the miner and the pool.
