What is it?
Control Hub is a unique feature of the Headframe pool that allows data centers and hash rate managers to control customer hash rates, workers, and commissions in one place.
Control Hub allows you to manage customer mining within the Headframe pool. You can create an unlimited number of sub-accounts with full access, connect an unlimited number of customers, manage commissions without restrictions, and much more.
To gain access, you need to contact technical support.
Functionality description
Dashboard.
This is the center of Control Hub. This dashboard displays a summary chart of the hashrate of all clients added to your Hub. Additional dashboard widgets display some of the information from the corresponding sections. If you want to see all the data from a section, click on the “All...” button in the upper right corner of any of the widgets.
Payments.
Payments display accruals and payments to the Hub operator.
Each accrual shows the total hash rate of all operator accounts and the amount of commissions.
Clients.
This section displays all clients and subaccounts added to the Hub.
Payment settings.
The widget displays the set wallet and the minimum payment amount for the Hub.
Workers.
Here you can find the workers of all clients and subaccounts added to your Hub.
Accruals and payments
The procedure for accruals and payments in the Hub is the same as in the pool.
There are no differences: accruals are made daily at 10:10 UTC, and payments are made from 11:00 to 14:00 UTC.
The pool's settlement day is 00:00 UTC
How to connect a client?
To add a client to the Hub, go to the "Clients" section and click "Add client". A window with connection methods will open — choose the one that fits, depending on whether the client already has an account on Headframe.
1. Invite by email
Suitable for clients who already have an account on the pool, registered under the required email.
Enter the client's email and click "Send invitation". The client will receive a request by email to join your Control Hub. The client only needs to confirm the request and they'll be in the Hub.
Previously, connecting an already existing account required contacting technical support and waiting for manual approval from the client. This is no longer necessary: an operator can send a join request directly to any user — even an existing one — and the client confirms it themselves by email.
Important: when sending an invitation, pay attention to the letter case in the email — uppercase and lowercase letters must exactly match the address the client's account is registered to. If the case doesn't match, the invitation email may not reach the client.
2. Share a link
If the invitation recipient doesn't need to be specified personally, but instead you just want to distribute a link — for example, in a chat or as part of a mailing — use this option.
The link is also located in the "Clients" section at the bottom of the list, in the "Control Hub Invitations" block. Copy it and send it to the client in any convenient way. Anyone who follows the link will register and automatically end up in your Control Hub.
3. Create a client
This method lets you set up the client's account yourself — the rate, miners, and other parameters — even before the client logs in for the first time. The client only needs to log into an already prepared account.
4. Create a subaccount
A subaccount is an account that only you manage. There's no separate login for the client here — you log into it yourself and work with it.
In all cases except creating a subaccount, when specifying the commission and other parameters, you can set it to 0% if there's no commission, and add a comment for easier navigation through the client list.
After connecting a client, you have view access to their account — you can see all of the client's data, but you cannot change the wallet or the minimum payout amount. Only the client themselves can do that.
How do I adjust the commission?
To change a client's commission, go to the client's card and click on the operator commission edit icon. In the window that appears, you can set a new commission and see the client's total commission, including the pool commission. When saving the commission, you need to go through two-factor authentication (2FA).
The client commission can be changed any number of times and at any time, and it takes effect at 00:00 UTC the following day (03:00 MSK).
How to switch to Control Hub?
To switch, use the sidebar on the left.
To access the Hub, select accounts from the “Control Hub” list.
How do I add a subaccount?
To create a subaccount, click on the “Create subaccount” button.
You need to come up with a unique account name, set a commission (or set it to 0% if there is none) and write a comment if necessary — this will help you navigate the client list better.
The subaccount will immediately appear in the client list and in the account switcher.
Once created, you have full access to the subaccount — you can change its wallet and minpay and set any commissions using 2FA from the main account.
