Your referral link is located in the "Referrals" tab.

By default, you receive 10% of the pool's commission from the mining of each user who registers through your link. Special terms of the referral program can be discussed with the sales team.

Referral payouts come to you every day at the time of accrual and are paid out together with your mining accruals when the minimum payout threshold is reached.
