When the declared hashrate on the pool and the actual value on the device do not match, there are several possible reasons. It is recommended to perform the following checks before contacting support:

Device uptime: make sure your device is running for at least 24 hours. Analyze the graphs on the pool:

- Graph for the last 15 minutes: it will show, the start of the asic with the pool and the sending of balls to the pool.

- Graph for the last hour: it should show the stable work of the async.

- Graph for the last 24 hours: it will show the hashrate, which should be close to the one stated in the device specification.

Redjects: The normal value of redjects is 1-3%. If the value of redirects is higher than this range, check the stability of your internet connection.

Number of HW errors (hardware warnings): The normal value should not exceed 100 per hour. If the value is higher than normal, check your hardware.

If all the above items are normal and the problem persists, you can contact us and we will help you figure it out.
