The normal daily redject rate is between 1% and 3%.

It is almost impossible to achieve a zero rejection rate in the form of completely all accepted balls, because there is a delay between the device and the pool server. In most cases, the reason for the increase in the redject rate is the internet and network connectivity.

Redirectrate is the rejected solutions that the asics have sent to the pool. Most often they are rejected because the solution arrived too late and the pool has moved on to a new task.

If the percentage of redirects exceeds the daily norm (up to 3%) - we recommend:1. Check the stability of the Internet connection, reboot the router, replace the corresponding cables, if they have fallen into disrepair.2. Check the software on the device - for correct work with us it is necessary to maintain the firmware of the current version.

A high percentage of redirects requires attention from the miner and checking the network as soon as possible - redirects are undesirable neither for the miner nor for the pool.
