How to set or change a wallet?

In the personal cabinet, there is a function to add a wallet: on the dashboard and in the "Payments" tab. The wallet can be changed. After its change the settings come into force at 00:00 of the next day and the payment is frozen for a day for security purposes (it is necessary for you to have time to react and contact the pool's technical support, if the purse was changed not by you) It is also possible to set and change the minimum withdrawal amount.

Everything is installed and works correctly, but the payments are not coming. Why?

  1. Check if the wallet address is set in the settings in your personal cabinet.

  2. Check if the wallet is not frozen because of the change of the wallet address or the minimum withdrawal amount.

  3. Check the balance - it should be higher than the minimum withdrawal amount, which is set in the settings.

If everything looks right, but still no payouts - you need to write to us in the support chat, we will help you.
