⚡️ Accruals and payments: How and when you receive income

In this article, we will examine the entire journey of your coins: from fixing the hash rate to arriving in your wallet.

When are accruals and payments made?

Accruals
Accruals are made daily at 10:10 UTC. At this time, the pool summarizes the performance of the devices over the past 24 hours (00:00 UTC) and records the amount in the accrual and on the balance sheet.

Payments
If the required amount has accumulated on your balance, the coins are sent to your wallet between 10:10 and 14:00 UTC.


Where and how much to withdraw?

Minimum threshold
By default, the minimum withdrawal amount is 0.001 BTC. You can always increase this threshold in your personal account (Dashboard or Payments tab) if you want to accumulate funds in your pool balance. You cannot set less than 0.001 BTC.

You can change the minimum withdrawal amount after adding a wallet in the Payments tab. 


Wallet selection
We support all BTC wallets that you link in your personal account, so there are no specific requirements. However, we recommend that you do not store cryptocurrency in exchange wallets and use non-custodial wallets – mobile and physical – for this purpose.

For example, Native Segwit and Taproot are the most advanced today and boast minimal transaction fees. 


Security when changing payment details

We take the protection of your funds seriously, so when you change your payment details, the following freeze rules apply:

– The new settings take effect at 00:00 the following day.
Freeze
After changing your address or payment threshold, the payment is frozen for 24 hours. This is necessary so that if your account is hacked, you have time to notice the changes and contact technical support.


Why is there no payment?

If the payment time has passed and your wallet is empty, check these three points:

1. Balance
Do you have enough funds to exceed the threshold you set?

2. Wallet
Is the address specified in your personal account settings?

3. Freeze
Have you changed your wallet or payment threshold in the last 24 hours?


If everything is in order and there is no payment, just write to the support chat, and we will quickly sort everything out.
