⚡️ LTC and DOGE Mining: Everything You Need to Know

Merge mining on the Scrypt algorithm — earn from two coins at once.

What is LTC + DOGE Merge Mining?

Merge mining lets you mine Litecoin and Dogecoin simultaneously on the same hardware. You're not doing double the work — the Scrypt algorithm allows both coins to be mined in parallel, so you receive rewards from two networks at once.

Important: LTC and DOGE are mined exclusively as a pair. You cannot choose one coin separately.

What Hardware Do You Need?

Mining on the Scrypt algorithm requires ASIC devices that support it. Compatible models include:

- Antminer L9, L7, L3+
- Goldshell LT6, LT5
- Other Scrypt-series devices from Bitmain and other manufacturers

If you mine BTC, you use a different algorithm (SHA-256). LTC + DOGE requires separate Scrypt hardware.

How to Switch to LTC + DOGE

Step 1. Change the coin in your dashboard

In the top right corner of the interface, find the coin selector. Switch it from BTC to LTC + DOGE.

Step 2. Add your wallets

Go to the Payments section and add two separate wallet addresses:
- one address for Litecoin (LTC)
- one address for Dogecoin (DOGE)

Step 3. Connect your devices to the new stratum

Update the stratum addresses in your ASIC settings (see the "Stratums" section below).

Stratums for Scrypt

Scrypt devices use separate stratum addresses — different from BTC stratums.

TCP (recommended for most users)

 stratum+tcp://scrypt.headframe.io:3015

Important: Always set up a backup stratum — use any third-party Scrypt pool as a failover. If the primary stratum becomes unavailable, your device will switch automatically and you won't lose income.

Worker setup follows the same format as BTC:  account.workername.

See the Worker Setup article for details.

Payouts

Accruals

Your earnings are recorded daily at 12:10 Moscow Time — for both coins simultaneously.

Payouts

Payouts are processed automatically between 13:10 and 17:00 Moscow Time, once your balance reaches the minimum threshold.

Minimum Thresholds

Dogecoin – 10 DOGE
Litecoin – 0.1 LTC

Each coin is paid out independently: once your DOGE balance hits the threshold, it's sent — without waiting for LTC, and vice versa.

How to adjust your payout threshold?

In the Payments section, you can set a minimum and maximum payout amount for each wallet. The amount cannot be set below the minimum threshold.

Why Haven't I Received a Payout?

Check these three things:

1. Balance — has enough accumulated to reach your threshold?
2. Wallets — are both LTC and DOGE addresses added in the Payments section?
3. Freeze — did you change a wallet address or payout threshold in the last 24 hours? New settings take effect the following day.

If everything looks correct and you still haven't received a payout — reach out in the support chat and we'll sort it out quickly.

Pool Fee

The pool fee for LTC + DOGE mining is 0.9%.
